When you request early access, we collect your email, professional role, optional company and project description, referral source, campaign parameters, country inferred by our hosting provider, consent record, and submission time.

This website does not currently accept project files. Any future upload of plans or spatial data will be governed by additional product terms and project-level controls.

Why we use it

We use this information to evaluate early-access requests, contact prospective users, understand demand, improve Methexis, prevent abuse, and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.

Storage, providers, and retention

Website submissions may be processed by infrastructure, database, email, and operational service providers acting for Methexis. Information may be processed outside your country with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Early-access records are retained while the request remains relevant and normally for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, legal obligation, or dispute.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw permission for future contact, through the website contact form. Write “privacy request” in the project field. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
